The Annotated Survey Format

The annotated survey includes notes on each of the questions along with links to all relevant tables. It is organized into two columns. The Question column presents the question wording and its scale. The Notes column sometimes contains a brief note on the question as well as links to tables. Depending on the context there may be links to more than one series of tables. In this case there are links to the individual studies series and to the comparison tables series. There is also a link to the codebook where there is more detailed technical information on the question. This is an example of a simple entry in the annotated questionnaire.
