The Institutional Studies

The technology surveys have been conducted at six institutions. Tables for five of these studies are presently available.

The Survey Questionnaire

Paper survey questionnaires were distributed through the internal mail systems at each institution. In addition all of the faculty were sent an email prompt that included links to a web page where a pdf copy of the questionnaire could be downloaded or completed online. A model of the web links sent in the prompt along with a pdf version of the online questionnaire is provided.

• This is a model of the web page that was linked to the email prompt. It gives all of the options and instructions for online access or paper download.
• This is a copy of the online pdf questionnaire. The printed questionnaires were identical in format.

The Findings

The findings from the student surveys are organized in a variety of ways.The links will appear as this section of the site is available.

Frequency Tables for Each Individual Institutional Study

Student technology use for all institutions has descriptive data organized by question. For each question the tables break down the patterns for the answers by institution.
